Strategy I - Instructional Formats
We will implement flexible instructional formats that remove barriers and allow diverse learners to achieve targeted learning that maximizes attainment of each learner’s full potential.
Action Plan 1: Strengthen vertical and horizontal communication among all stakeholders across grade levels and schools to promote a common understanding of mastery
Action Plan 2: Promote a culture that deems career exploration to be a vital component of student success
Action Plan 3: Develop a system to strengthen advocacy and intervention efforts for all students
Action Plan 4: Use research, best practices, and data for determining the effectiveness of instructional formats and programs

Strategy II - Learning Spaces
We will guarantee flexible learning spaces and facilities equipped with state-of-the-art resources to accommodate a growing student population.

Strategy III - Resources
We will prioritize the needs of students and allocate the use of resources based on those needs.
Action Plan 1: Ensure a safe environment for students, faculty, and staff throughout the school day and at school functions
Action Plan 2: Enhance efforts to recruit and retain high quality classroom teachers
Action Plan 3: Achieve optimal class size
Action Plan 4: Provide students with applicable learning opportunities outside the standard curriculum while providing age appropriate and real world learning experiences
Strategy IV - Technology
We will establish a student-centered learning environment where relevant, purposeful integration of technology promotes the development of responsible, critical thinkers who will contribute to a global society.
Action Plan 1: Promote opportunities for students to broaden technology literacy and to utilize technology as a platform to create products and resources and to communicate and collaborate with others
Action Plan 2: Evaluate, implement, and utilize the most relevant technology resources and provide appropriate training for teachers, administrators, and students
Action Plan 3: Develop students who utilize technology in a responsible manner with the ability to interact appropriately, create authentic products, and evaluate the credibility of sources in a digital environment

We will provide support for students, staff, and families to achieve optimal physical, emotional, and social wellness.

We will promote professional learning and design activities that focus on best practices.
