Frequently Asked Questions Website
April 9, 2020
We hope your first week of eLearning is going well so far. Even though the school day looks different, it is important that our families know we are still here to support your child and to educate and maximize their unique potential.
As we continue to navigate through this new learning process, we wanted to provide you with a website that answers a few of the fundamental questions you may have during this new adventure of eLearning. Please remember you can always reach out to your child’s teacher or counselor if you have any additional questions.
Please see Homewood City Schools’ Frequently Asked Questions website for answers to helpful questions regarding eLearning, technology, student meals, school facilities, and registration.
Elementary Letters - We want to thank our elementary students for the letters to our healthcare workers. We have delivered your letters, and we know they will be appreciated. Due to the latest order from Gov. Ivey, we will no longer be collecting letters.
Social Media - We would love to see our students learning from home! Share your eLearning pictures with us on social media using the hashtag #WeAreHWD so we can see the creative things you are doing as we navigate through eLearning together.
