Performance Prep Program: Tuesdays - Thursdays in June
Homewood High School's Strength & Conditioning Coach will be offering a Performance Prep Program this summer for rising 4th - 8th grade boys and girls. This program is designed for students who participate in competitive sports to develop a solid foundation for speed, agility, and strength.
