Waldrop Stadium: Parking Information
Homewood’s stadium, Waldrop Stadium, is being renovated to create a new front entrance, restrooms, locker room, and enhance the overall fan experience. All remaining home football games will be able to take place at Waldrop Stadium, and we would love to see our community come out and support the Patriots this season. Please review the information below regarding this season’s changes.
Parking for Varsity Football Games
Parking will be limited at the stadium as a portion will be used for construction equipment. Families are encouraged to carpool with friends and neighbors or park in one of the alternate parking areas: Ace Cheer Company, West Homewood Baseball Fields, or the 6 Acres Field parking lot. Please click here to view the additional parking locations for HHS games.
The Stadium parking lot is typically full before the game kicks off. Once the main lot is full, the gates will be closed. Cars will need to go back out to Oxmoor Rd and enter the additional parking locations.
Parking for Homewood Middle School Games
Additional parking areas: West Homewood Baseball Fields and the 6 Acres Field parking lot. Please click here to view the additional parking locations for HMS games.
Construction Areas
All construction areas will be fenced off to the public. We ask that visitors do not climb or touch any of the construction fencing. Construction areas include the front entrance, new scoreboard area, and new locker room. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to enhance and renovate Waldrop Stadium.
Elementary Football Nights
Homewood Athletics and the Homewood Athletic Foundation will host Elementary Nights at Waldrop Stadium where elementary students are invited on the field to help cheer on the Patriots during the runout at the start of the football game. Elementary students will get into the game for free with a paying adult.
